Rosi Tales redefined Bavarian cuisine through a poetic, contemporary lens, weaving storytelling seamlessly into gastronomy.
Although the Wirtshaus Rosi closed at the end of 2025, Rosi Tales lives on: Since the opening of the Wirtshaus in 2018, Rosi Tales (awarded the Design Preis Schweiz) has been a wonderful collaboration between us, the creatives of YAN–Co Studio and the photographer Marie-Christine Gerber. From still-life photography to 3D renderings, from AI to AR experiments
