Although the Wirtshaus Rosi closed at the end of 2025, Rosi Tales lives on: it is our way of exploring food in the digital age—where gastronomy and poetry truly converge. The project renders Bavarian cuisine through a contemporary lens, weaving storytelling seamlessly into the dining experience. It offers a poetic perspective, using digital media to create a sensory journey that goes far beyond eating. Since the opening of the Wirtshaus in 2018, Rosi Tales has been a wonderful collaboration between us, the creatives of YAN–Co Studio and the photographer Marie-Christine Gerber. From still-life photography to 3D renderings, from AI to AR experiments—we embraced this journey wholeheartedly. This is only one more reason why the project got awarded at the prestigious Design Preis Schweiz.
