On our journey with Gül Restaurant, we discovered some of Turkey’s finest producers for spices, fermented tomato, and pepper pastes (salças).

A true highlight is our tahin, milled in one of the last traditional stone mills in Turkey. These authentic products bring the unique flavour to Gül’s cuisine. We’re proud of the amazing work of these artisans and happy to share their special creations with you. Available at Gül Restaurant and in selected packages in our online store - currently sold out.
