From 2018 - 2025 Wirtshaus Rosi was Markus Stöckle's home, playground, adventure and expedition. It was an invitation to enjoy, connect, and create memories. There, the kitchen wasn't hidden behind closed doors – craftsmanship was visible, tangible, and alive. Wirtshaus Rosi stayed true to itself while opening its doors to all who love good food and honest hospitality. Rosi took its name from the oldest cow of Markus’ brother—a quiet tribute baked into every dish. Fueled by Markus' endless curiosity and inspirations from home, travels, films, or late-night thoughts, the menu was anything but conventional. Rosi didn't just feed—it told stories, with a Lynchian twist, the humorous aesthetic of Wes Anderson. One moment it was Giacometti Brezn, the next it was a Weisswurst nodding to Jeff Koons. A tattooed cut of pork might follow a bouquet served in honor of Vera Birkenbihl. Borders were crossed and and expectations unmatched. Markus led you trough universes to other spheres, in the safe space of a wonderful service exeptionell by his caring team.
